Plans and Feedback

We were busy running the .ai domain for Anguilla.  We grew it from $0/day to $200,000 US per day.  Last year The Government of Anguilla decided to let someone else run it.  So we are now in a position to work on Seasteads.

Our basic plan is to:

  1) explore a bunch of questions with help from AI and any readers out there

  2) make one or more scale models to see how how it works in waves

  3) start working with a Naval Architect

  4) have parts fabricated

  5) put it together and launch it

    i suggest to organize and show them in mindmap, so people could quickly find what they interesting and check/response, also you could check the whole project from an overview

      Instead of being a confusing list in alphabetical order I now have it grouped by section topics. It is not a real mindmap but it is much better than it was.

Cutting a Legal Road

  The beach land we bought to build seasteads did not have a legal road to it.   It took many months of negotiations, lawyers, surveyors, and government filings to get this sorted out legally.  Then we had to cut the road, which was the fun part.   Here are some pictures.   First a before picture.   Behind the bush on the left is a tennis court.   We removed the bush and the fence and now you can see the tennis court.   On the far side I cleared bush so we could drive through.  Then Tuss used that saw to cut a line in the concrete on the new property bound. Then a hammer broke up the concrete on our side of the bound. Then waste is loaded onto truck and taken away. Then it is possible to drive through. Thanks to Tuss and my boys! You can see where on the map this is.  This is the South-East corner of the lot toward the main road.
